Rastagene is a local manufacturer of pharmaceutical products that was established on January 8th, 2014. Relying on its scientific backbone and its well-formed collaboration with the university, soon it was able to develop formulations that not only introduced the company to the market, but also helped it to be certified as a science-based company.
Rastagene is now manufacturing its four injectable products under contract in GMP certified facilities. These facilities have received IFDA GMP and integrated management systems certificates. New manufacturing plants are now under construction for future production model, which is shifting a big part of contract manufacturing to own-site manufacturing.
